Are you a fantastic writer?
We’re looking for someone who can communicate his or her thoughts clearly, concisely and in a manner that is interesting enough to hook a reader.
Do you enjoy learning?
We only hire SMART people. We’re looking for a fast learner who can quickly acquire knowledge, and can also see how it can be applied to advance our clients’ interests and grow our agency.
Are you detail-oriented and organized?
You can never be too organized. As an account associate, you’ll be in charge of managing files and projects for all of our 20+ clients.
Do you manage your time?
With the opportunity to work on a diverse set of client projects, it’s important you know how to manage your time to perform most efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.
Are you results driven?
To make a real difference you have to review objective measurements of success on a daily basis. There’s no “dart throwing, let’s hope it sticks” in this office.
